Greeted with a burst of rich aromatic fragrance on the nose- earthy dry texture with mild spicy finish, matches well with wide variety of foods.

Stone fruits and mushrooms on the nose, followed by subtle sweetness of steamed rice coating the palate with a dry finish.
Ippongi Denshin Ine - Junmai 15% (served chilled / room temp) - Fukui $46 (720ml)
This sake features a smooth feeling with soft dry taste. When you sip this sake, you may taste the mature rice, quite refreshing. The sake is brewed entirely using 'koshinoshizuku' rice.

This sake features a calm fragrance and pure dry taste. the sake is brewed using 'yamadanishiki' and 'gohyakumanngoku' rice.

This is a sake with a rich aroma that carries undertones of peaches and lychee, and an elegant taste full of depth and freshness. This sake is one of the finest offerings in the denshin series.

From the past until the present, a stiff-necked method of production has been passed down for a century, making this sake a maboroshi (dream sake). Kodawari means an uncompromising and relentless devotion to a pursuit, an art, a craft. The rice is shaved up to 55% for purity, and enjoys a place in the Japanese royal palace as its official celebratory sake.
